Gunter joined McDaniel & Associates in 2005. He specializes in tax, business valuation, succession planning, estate planning, family owned business, exit/transition planning, along with mergers and acquisitions. He graduated from Auburn University in 2004 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Gunter received his CPA certificate in 2008 and his Certified Valuation Analyst Certificate in 2012. He received his Certified Exit Planning Advisor Certificate in 2015. He is married to Kari Beth Price and they have two sons and a daughter.
